Cranberry, Pecan and Orange Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 4 ounces white or orange sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 – 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- dried cranberries, cut small
- toasted pecans, cut small
- chopped parsley
- orange zest, chopped small
Instructions
Mix the cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Stir in the cheddar cheese and orange marmalade. Chill for 30 minutes. Shape into a ball or a tree. Decorate with the cranberries, pecans, parsley and zest.
