Kathy’s Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil or light olive oil
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups each broccoli and cauliflower
- garlic salt
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
Heat oil, add vegetables, sprinkle with garlic salt and sauté 5 minutes. Add water, cover and cook on low for 10 minutes.
