Chocolate Crinkles
Ingredients
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside. Melt chocolate with butter, Stir in sugar and transfer to mixing bowl. Cool. Add vanilla and beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add flour mixture and stir in chocolate chips. Chill dough several hours. Pour powdered sugar on a plate. Make 8 1 1/2′ balls, setting them on the powered sugar, Roll them in the sugar and set on a greased cookie sheet. Repeat with until the cookie sheet is full. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 minutes.
