Caramelized Mushrooms With Almonds
Heat a skillet and add the butter and oil. When the butter has melt and is sizzling, add the mushrooms. When they have finished releasing their liquids and it has dried up and there is just the oils and the mushrooms, add the almonds. Sauté until the mushrooms and almonds have browned. Add the balsamic vinegar and thyme and cook one minute.
