Gluten Free Banana Bread



Butter a bread pan and line the bottom with waxed paper and butter the paper. Whisk banana, oil, honey, egg and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until mixed. Pour into prepared pan and bake in a 375 degree oven for 55-60 minutes. Cook completely before cutting.
