Gluten Free Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups mashed banana
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Butter a bread pan and line the bottom with waxed paper and butter the paper. Whisk banana, oil, honey, egg and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until mixed. Pour into prepared pan and bake in a 375 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes. Cook completely before cutting.
