Christmas Veggies
Ingredients
- purple and orange carrot sticks
- red, yellow and orange sweet pepper sticks
- celery sticks
- sliced zucchini
- peeled and sliced purple daikon radish
- parsley
Other ideas: olives, grape tomatoes, sliced radishes, sliced zucchini, celery, lettuce
Instructions
Cut out a star from the side of a yellow sweet pepper.
Assemble on a breadboard or large platter to look like a Christmas tree. Google Christmas tree vegetable platters for ideas.
Serve with guacamole (Vitamix’s recipe is good) and/or your favorite yogurt or sour cream dip (See Herbed Sour Cream Dip).
