Tuna or Wild Salmon Salad on Crackers
Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, drained or cooked wild salmon
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery
- 1 teaspoon pickle relish or chopped Bubbies Baby Kosher Dill Pickles
- 1 tablespoon finely diced green onion or shallot
- 2 tablespoons Grapeseed Veganaise (mayonnaise) or Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or cilantro (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and serve on Ak Mak crackers or nut crackers.
